Stewart D. Nozette, arrested on Oct 17th, was another in a long line of trusted American Jews caught spying for Israel.

"But Israel is our most trusted friend, what is wrong with that?", you may say. "As a close friend, we shouldn't be hiding any secrets from Israel anyway?" -- I will give a clear answer to both questions in this article.

The Jewish spies I talk about in this story got caught and have become simply the scape goats for a major on-going Jewish spy ring activity within the United States.

One cannot read Seymour Hersh's story Why Pollard Should Never Be Released (The Traitor) and believe that Jonathan Pollard could have done but a fraction of all this damage by himself.

My God, millions of Americans cannot believe that Lee Harvey Oswald could have fired three shots by himself, but Jonathan Pollard could take a million pieces of top secret material and never get caught?

Secret agencies operate on a "Need to Know" basis and there is no way in hell that Jonathan Pollard could have even read 1 million documents, let alone have had a "need to know".

With no alarm bells ringing, he had to have had massive internal help.

And it does not take much imagination to know how this is accomplished when you have the likes of White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, between the President and everyone else in America, who used his dual citizenship with Israel to fight, not on the side of America, but on the side of Israel during the first Iraq War.

We should not be surprised to find that the wiretapping equipment made by an Israeli company and placed into all American communications systems is being used by the Israelis to spy on our own federal agencies. All because of a law Congress passed that required the wiretapping surveillance systems be put into place.

We have heard of American Jewish spies like the Rosenberg's who have sold out their their adopted country to our most dangerous arch enemy with history's most devastating weapon.

Paling to insignificance of just one or two of our Jewish friends selling us out to the Soviets, is the entire country of Israel selling us out to the Soviets.

Israel pretends to be America's very best special friend, our BFF -- the country we helped create and saved several times from utter destruction.

But for all our good will, Israel has treacherously sold out America, leaving all of us open for utter destruction.

With friends like Israel, we have a country who will steal our most sensitive military secrets and then turn around to sell them to the Russian Communists in exchange for Russia allowing a few Russian Jews to emigrate to Israel.

Part of this back-stabbing was also to keep the status quo of one Christian country balanced against another, so that we would continue to ask for Jewish assistance against our enemies.

Since the fall of the Soviet Union however; the new strategy is to build up the Muslim world so that it can balance against the Christian world.

No one in this world can be more racist, scheming and diabolical than the people and supporters of Israel.

Jonathan Pollard is today's poster boy for a wronged Jew.

He was convicted of spying for Israel.

In his bio, Pollard is beaten up, and unlike the millions of Christian boys who are beat up in their childhood, Pollard blamed anti-Semitism.

His father taught at Notre Dame for God's sake!

How anti-Semitic can American society be if non-Catholics, indeed, non-Christians, are allowed to teach in a Catholic University?

To be sure, our "anti-Semitic" American society allowed him to attend one of its premier universities -- Stanford.

This man who blames others for misdeeds was rejected by the CIA for extensive cocaine drug use.

This Jewish misrepresentation of a "boy scout" was requested to be terminated from the Navy for repeated lies about his father being in the CIA (he wasn't), lying about taking drugs (he was), misrepresenting his language abilities, misrepresenting his educational achievements and lying about applying for a commission as an officer in the Naval Reserve.

But he was never terminated.

Indeed, being in the Navy, Pollard managed to jump way over several levels of the military chain of command to contact Navy Admiral Sumner Shapiro.

Shall I mention that Admiral Shapiro was Jewish?

Shall I mention that no one considered this inappropriate?

According to the official record, Admiral Shapiro "did the right thing" and made sure that Pollard's clearance was reduced from SCI to secret.

Yet, only a few years later, Pollard once again had a SCI clearance and became an analyst for the NIS. (Precursor to the NCIS) No mention in official records who approved this reinstatement.

Spying for Israel starts

As soon as he started work at NIS he started to transfer secrets to an Israeli Colonel Aviem Sella, on leave to attend graduate school at New York University.

He would steal over 1 million classified documents, before getting caught.

Pollard eventually cooperated with investigators in exchange for a plea agreement for leniency for himself and his wife.

At the time, Israel claimed that Pollard worked for an unauthorized rogue operation, a position they maintained for more than ten years. Israel agreed to cooperate with the investigation in exchange for immunity for their people. They needed the agreement since many of the Israelis involved lacked diplomatic immunity. However, according to Ronald Olive, the NCIS investigator responsible for capturing Pollard and a member of the delegation that traveled to Israel for debriefing, the Israelis failed to live up to their agreement.

For instance, when asked to return the stolen material, the Israelis handed over a few dozen lowly classified documents. At the time, the Americans knew that Pollard had passed tens of thousands of documents, possibly over a million. The Israelis created a schedule designed to wear down the Americans, including many hours per day of commuting in blacked out buses on rough roads, and frequent switching of buses. This left the Americans without adequate time to sleep and prevented them from sleeping on the commute. The Israelis refused an American request to move to a closer hotel, finally relenting only after the Americans threatened to leave. The identity of Pollard's original handler, Sella, was withheld. All questions had to be translated into Hebrew and answered in Hebrew, and then translated back into English, even though all the parties spoke perfect English. Olive also claims that the Americans were treated with hostility from the minute they arrived in Israel to the moment they left, and that his own luggage was ransacked and items stolen while in the custody of officials. The abuse came not only from the guards and officials, but also the Israeli media.

Aviem Sella, Pollard's initial Israeli contact, was eventually indicted on three counts of espionage by an American court. Israel refused to allow him to be interviewed unless he was granted immunity. America refused because of Israel's previous failure to cooperate as promised. Israel then refused to extradite Sella, instead giving him command of a prestigious air force base. The U.S. Congress responded by threatening to cut aid to Israel, at which point Sella stepped down.

As for Jonathan Pollard and his wife, who helped with the spying, great Americans that they were, they were defiant and unrepentant.

Also prior to sentencing, and again in violation of the plea agreement, Pollard and his wife Anne gave defiant media interviews in which they defended their spying, and attempted to rally Jewish Americans to their cause. In a 60 Minutes interview, Anne said, "I feel my husband and I did what we were expected to do, and what our moral obligation was as Jews, what our moral obligation was as human beings, and I have no regrets about that".

For exacting far more damage than any bank robber, Pollard was sentenced to the "soft core" Butner North Carolina federal complex, the one everyone calls "Club Fed", serving with Bernard Madoff, another Jewish boy scout doing "Soft time" watching "The Discovery Channel" and being royally served by college interns from the University of North Carolina.

Cheaters never win, except in Israel. Pollard was granted Israeli citizenship on November 22, 1995.

For thirteen years Israel publicly denied that Pollard was an Israeli spy. Their official position was that he worked for an unauthorized rogue operation. In 1997, Pollard initiated legal action with the High Court of Israel to force the government to admit he was its agent. On May 11, 1998 Benjamin Netanyahu admitted Pollard was a known and sanctioned agent, handled by high ranking officials of the Israeli Bureau for Scientific Relations (Lekem).

The Israeli government has paid for at least two of Pollard's trial attorneys—Richard A. Hibey and Hamilton Philip Fox III—and continues to ask for his release.[17] Benjamin Netanyahu and Ehud Barak, in 1999 in the context of the Israeli elections, exchanged barbs in the media over who was more supportive of Pollard.

In 2002, Netanyahu visited Pollard in prison. In 2007, Netanyahu claimed that if he was elected Prime Minister he would bring about the release of Jonathan Pollard.

Our best of best friends, Israel, sold us down the river.

Oh you know how the old double standard goes. It goes like this -- "If a Christian were to give the Israeli attack plan in case of war, to every Muslim country, and in addition gave them the names of all Israeli spies and all their Muslim contacts, and finally gave them the "sources and methods" Israelis used in spying on them, then that Christian would be dammed, by all the world, for all eternity.

However, let the country of Israel sell our military secrets to Russia, in trade for a few Jewish emigres from Russia, and it's all for the good of the good guys.

A number of officials strongly suspect that the Israelis repackaged much of Pollard's material and provided it to the Soviet Union in exchange for continued Soviet permission for Jews to emigrate to Israel. Other officials go further, and say there was reason to believe that secret information was exchanged for Jews working in highly sensitive positions in the Soviet Union. A significant percentage of Pollard's documents, including some that described the techniques the American Navy used to track Soviet submarines around the world, was of practical importance only to the Soviet Union. One longtime C.I.A. officer who worked as a station chief in the Middle East said he understood that "certain elements in the Israeli military had used it" -- Pollard's material -- "to trade for people they wanted to get out," including Jewish scientists working in missile technology and on nuclear issues. Pollard's spying came at a time when the Israeli government was publicly committed to the free flow of Jewish emigres from the Soviet Union. The officials stressed the fact that they had no hard evidence -- no "smoking gun," in the form of a document from an Israeli or a Soviet archive -- to demonstrate the link between Pollard, Israel, and the Soviet Union, but they also said that the documents that Pollard had been directed by his Israeli handlers to betray led them to no other conclusion.

High-level suspicions about Israeli-Soviet collusion were expressed as early as December, 1985, a month after Pollard's arrest, when William J. Casey, the late C.I.A. director, who was known for his close ties to the Israeli leadership, stunned one of his station chiefs by suddenly complaining about the Israelis breaking the "ground rules." The issue arose when Casey urged increased monitoring of the Israelis during an otherwise routine visit, I was told by the station chief, who is now retired. "He asked if I knew anything about the Pollard case," the station chief recalled, and he said that Casey had added, "For your information, the Israelis used Pollard to obtain our attack plan against the U.S.S.R. all of it. The coordinates, the firing locations, the sequences. And for guess who? The Soviets." (boldface mine - Ronin)Casey had then explained that the Israelis had traded the Pollard data for Soviet emigres. "How's that for cheating?" he had asked.

Pollard gave Israel our spy Bible, the 10-volume RASIN manual, containing the Rosetta Stone of every electronic signal America detects in the world.

The men and women of the National Security Agency live in a world of chaotic bleeps, buzzes, and whistles, and talk to each other about frequencies, spectrums, modulation, and bandwidth -- the stuff of Tom Clancy novels. They often deal with signals intelligence, or SIGINT, and their world is kept in order by an in-house manual known as the RASIN an acronym for radio-signal notations. The manual, which is classified "top-secret Umbra," fills ten volumes, is constantly updated, and lists the physical parameters of every known signal. Pollard took it all. "It's the Bible," one former communications-intelligence officer told me. "It tells how we collect signals anywhere in the world." The site, frequency, and significant features of Israeli communications -- those that were known and targeted by the N.S.A. -- were in the RASIN; so were all the known communications links used by the Soviet Union.

The loss of the RASIN was especially embarrassing to the Navy, I was told by the retired admiral, because the copy that Pollard photocopied belonged to the Office of Naval Intelligence. "He went into our library, found we had an out-of-date version, requested a new one, and passed it on," the officer said. "I was surprised we even had it."

The RASIN theft was one of the specifics cited in Defense Secretary Weinberger's still secret declaration to the court before Pollard's sentencing hearing. In fact, the hearing's most dramatic moment came when Pollard's attorney, Richard A. Hibey, readily acknowledged his client's guilt but argued that the extent of the damage to American national security did not call for the imposition of a maximum sentence.

"I would ask you to think about the Secretary of Defense's affidavit, as it related to only one thing," Judge Robinson interjected, "with reference to one particular category of publication, and I fail to see how you can make that argument." He invited Hibey to approach the bench, along with the Justice Department attorneys, and the group spent a few moments reviewing what government officials told me was Weinberger's account of the importance of the RAISIN. One Justice Department official, recalling those moments with obvious pleasure, said that the RASIN was the ninth item on the Weinberger damage-assessment list. After the bench conference, Hibey made no further attempt to minimize the national-security damage caused by its theft. (Citing national security, Hibey refused to discuss the case for this article.)

The ten volumes of the RASIN were available on a need-to-know basis inside the N.S.A. "I've never seen the monster," a former senior watch officer at an N.S.A. intercept site in Europe told me, but added that he did supervise people who constantly used it, and he described its function in easy-to-understand terms:

"It is a complete catalogue of what the United States was listening to, or could listen to -- information referred to in the N.S.A. as 'parametric data.' It tells you everything you want to know about a particular signal -- when it was first detected and where, whom it was first used by, what kind of entity, frequency, wavelength, or band length it has. When you've copied a signal and don't know what it is, the RASIN manual gives you a description." A senior intelligence official who consults regularly with the N.S.A. on technical matters subsequently told me that another issue involved geometry.

The RASIN, he explained, had been focused in particular on the Soviet Union and its thousands of high-frequency, or shortwave, communications, which had enabled Russian military units at either end of the huge land mass to communicate with each other. Those signals "bounced" off the ionosphere and were often best intercepted thousands of miles from their point of origin. If, as many in the American intelligence community suspected, the Soviet communications experts had been able to learn which of their signals were being monitored, and where, they could relocate the signal and force the N.S.A. to invest man-hours and money to try to recapture it. Or, more likely, the Soviets could continue to communicate in a normal fashion but relay false and misleading information.

Pollard's betrayal of the RASIN put the N.S.A. in the position of having to question or reevaluate all of its intelligence collecting. "We aren't perfect," the career intelligence officer explained to me. "We've got holes in our coverage, and this" -- the loss of the RASIN -- tells where the biases and the weaknesses are. It's how we get the job done, and how we will get the job done."

"What a wonderful insight into how we think, and exactly how we're exploiting Soviet communications!" the retired admiral exclaimed. "It's a how-to-do-it book -- the fireside cookbook of cryptology. Not only the analyses but the facts of how we derived our analyses. Whatever recipe you want."

Human Intelligence

Pollard gave Israel debriefing reports our intelligence agencies performed on Muslims returning from Muslim lands and American Israelis returning from Israel.

Not every document handed over by Pollard dealt with signals intelligence. DIAL-COINS is the acronym for the Defense Intelligence Agency's Community On-Line Intelligence System, which was one of the government's first computerized information-retrieval-network systems. The system, which was comparatively primitive in the mid-nineteen-eighties -- it used an 8088 operating chip and thermafax paper -- could not be accessed by specific issues or key words but spewed out vast amounts of networked intelligence data by time frame. Nevertheless, DIAL-COINS contained all the intelligence reports filed by Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine attaches in Israel and elsewhere in the Middle East. One official who had been involved with it told me recently, "It was full of great stuff, particularly in HUMINT -- human intelligence. Many Americans who went to the Middle East for business or political reasons agreed, as loyal citizens, to be debriefed by American defense attaches after their visits. They were promised anonymity -- many had close friends inside Israel and the nearby Arab states who would be distressed by their collaboration -- and the reports were classified. "It's who's talking to whom," the officer said. "Like handing you the address book of the spooks for a year."

Government investigators discovered that one of the system's heaviest users in 1984 and 1985 was Jonathan Pollard. He had all the necessary clearances and necessary credentials to gain access to the classified Pentagon library; he also understood that librarians, even in secret libraries, are always eager to help, and in one instance he relied on the library security guards. With some chagrin, officials involved in the Pollard investigation recounted that Pollard had once collected so much data that he needed a handcart to move the papers to his car, in a nearby parking lot, and the security guards held the doors for him.

Intelligence Analysis

Pollard gave Israel every single daily intelligence briefings of the Navy's Fleet Ocean Surveillance Information Facility (FOSIF) for a year and a half, allowing Israel and Russia to know how we think and how we approach a problem.

In the mid-nineteen-eighties, the daily report from the Navy's Sixth Fleet Ocean Surveillance Information Facility (FOSIF) in Rota, Spain, was one of America's Cold War staples. A top-secret document filed every morning at 0800 Zulu time (Greenwich Mean Time), it reported all that had gone on in the Middle East during the previous twenty-four hours, as recorded by the N.S.A.'s most sophisticated monitoring devices.

The reports were renowned inside Navy commands for their sophistication and their reliability; they were based, as the senior managers understood it, on data supplied both by intelligence agents throughout the Middle East and by the most advanced technical means of intercepting Soviet military communications. The Navy's intelligence facility at Rota shared space with a huge N.S.A. intercept station, occupied by more than seven hundred linguists and cryptographers, which was responsible for monitoring and decoding military and diplomatic communications all across North Africa. Many at Rota spent hundreds of hours a month listening while locked in top-secret compartments aboard American ships, aircraft, and submarines operating in the Mediterranean.

The Navy's primary targets were the ships, the aircraft, and, most important, the nuclear-armed submarines of the Soviet Union on patrol in the Mediterranean. Those submarines, whose nuclear missiles were aimed at United States forces, were constantly being tracked; they were to be targeted and destroyed within hours if war broke out.

Pollard's American interrogators eventually concluded that in his year and a half of spying he had provided the Israelis with more than a year's worth of the daily FOSIF reports from Rota. Pollard himself told the Americans that at one point in 1985 the Israelis had nagged him when he missed several days of work because of illness and had failed to deliver the FOSIF reports for those days. One of his handlers, Joseph Yagur, had complained twice about the missed messages and had asked him to find a way to retrieve them. Pollard told his American interrogators that he had never missed again.

The career intelligence officer who helped to assess the Pollard damage has come to view Pollard as a serial spy, the Ted Bundy of the intelligence world. "Pollard gave them every message for a whole year," the officer told me recently, referring to the Israelis. "They could analyze it" -- the intelligence -- "message by message, and correlate it. They could not only piece together our sources and methods but also learn how we think, and how we approach a problem. All of a sudden, there is no mystery. These are the things we can't change. You got this, and you got us by the balls." In other words, the Rota reports, when carefully studied, gave the Israelis "a road map on how to circumvent" the various American collection methods and shield an ongoing military operation. The reports provide guidance on "how to keep us asleep, thinking all is working well," he added. "They tell the Israelis how to raid Tunisia without tipping off American intelligence in advance. That is damage that is persistent and severe."

If you remember back to 1994, during the Clinton Administration, you may remember that Clinton was wanting new wiretapping capability, in order to handle new digital communications and Internet traffic.

Congress passed the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) to require all telecommunications companies to cooperate in the interception of communications.

Strangely, all the equipment for this CALEA surveillance was made by the Israelis.

In the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attack, the FBI has stumbled on the largest espionage ring ever discovered inside the United States. The U.S. Justice Department is now holding nearly 100 Israeli citizens with direct ties to foreign military, criminal and intelligence services.

The spy ring reportedly includes employees of two Israeli-owned companies that currently perform almost all the official wiretaps for U.S. local, state and federal law enforcement.

The U.S. law enforcement wiretaps, authorized by the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), appear to have been breached by organized crime units working inside Israel and the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad.

You were worried about your own government spying on you.

What about our own equipment, we bought from the Israelis, being used by Israel to spy on our government? -- and on us of course.

Our spies catching their spies spying on our spies.

Now is that a double agent or a triple agent!

The spy ring enabled criminals to use reverse wiretaps against U.S. intelligence and law enforcement operations. The illegal monitoring may have resulted in the deaths of several informants and reportedly spoiled planned anti-drug raids on crime syndicates.

The implication that Jews are involved in the drug trade (as they are in all other trade), should not be news.

But I can assure you that their spying on our federal government does not stop at drug trafficking.

Jewish company Comverse Infosys makes the equipment that performs most of the wiretaps in America.

Evidentially, they have programmed their equipment to tell Israeli Mossad every time American law enforcement starts a wiretap and then relays the same information which the FBI and other agencies get back to Israel.

I want that capability. To know when I am being wiretapped.

And like the selling of Pollard secrets to the Soviets, you can count on Israel selling CALEA secrets to the Soviets was well.

Israeli Company Provides U.S. Wiretaps

One company reported to be under investigation is Comverse Infosys, a subsidiary of an Israeli-run private telecommunications firm. Comverse provides almost all the wiretapping equipment and software for U.S. law enforcement.

Custom computers and software made by Comverse are tied into the U.S. phone network in order to intercept, record and store wiretapped calls, and at the same time transmit them to investigators.

The penetration of Comverse reportedly allowed criminals to wiretap law enforcement communications in reverse and foil authorized wiretaps with advance warning. One major drug bust operation planned by the Los Angeles police was foiled by what now appear to be reverse wiretaps placed on law enforcement phones by the criminal spy ring.

As an American citizen, I have a right to be secure in my private information against my own government.

But I suppose that I have no rights whatsoever against a foreign government turning on wiretaps whenever they want, without a court order.

And I have no right to know when a legitimate wiretap is being performed on me, but Israel has that right.

If there were a blanket law written stating that every one with Israeli dual citizenship is ineligible to serve in any position of trust in the government of the United States, the Supreme Court would strike it down as unconstitutional.

If there a law written requiring all our wiretapping equipment to be "Made in America" for national security purposes, the Supreme Court would invoke the commerce clause to invalidate it, if Congress would even pass such a law.

Thank God we have the Constitution, as interpreted by Israel, to protect America!!!
