HARTWELL: Obama lawsuit invites fortified state militia
The Obama Administration likes to tell Arizonians...
that they have no power over foreign invaders...
OH REALLY????
The State of Arizona should declare war on Mexico to show who is powerless.
"No State shall, without the Consent of Congress ... engage in War, """UNLESS""" actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."

Arizona declaring war upon Mexico would take some MUCHO MACHO CAHONES....however...
Before I were to take such drastic measures, just to make sure, I would have the Arizona legislature publicly ask and demand that EL PRESIDENTE OBAMA protect Arizona from A) Invasion, as well as B) Domestic violence.
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,
and shall protect each of them against Invasion;
and on Application of the Legislature,
or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened),
against domestic Violence.

The Constitution does not give any leeway to El Presidente Obama. If a State feels that its liberty is threatened, El Presidente Obama is forced to act.
Part of agreeing to join up with the other States in our Constitution is the promise that the United States would agree never to leave an unfavored State helpless from invasion or domestic violence.
Even the original Judeo-Liberal, President Woodrow Wilson, protected New Mexico and Arizona from raids by Mexican invaders under Pancho Villa. Why are invading drug lords from Mexico any different today?
Given that Obama would do little to nothing, (and who would expect El Presidente to follow the United States Constitution anyway), Arizona should immediately begin beefing up its "well-regulated militia", necessary to the security of the free State of Arizona, before marching its Arizona militia toward Nogales.
A well regulated Militia,
being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed.

Texans defeated the Mexicans all by themselves a while back.
I will place my bets with the good people of Arizona to teach those Mexicanos another lesson or two about freedom.
