The 10-year-old Judeo-French Revolution starting in 1889 had burned itself out by 1899, having finally resolved itself into a dictatorship under Napoleon Bonaparte.

This Christmas Day of 1812 would signify in Russian hearts, both the saving of Moscow by Christ the Saviour and the re-birth of Moscow in the spirit of the birth of Christ.
The humility of Christianity, in stark contrast to the much talked about ego-centric Napoleon and his more famous boastful Arc de Triomphe.
The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, would be built in the manner of the Hagia Sophia (but without the Minarets Muslims added after they had completed the conquest of the Byzantine Empire when they took Constantinople in 1453 AD, turning the Orthodox Hagia Sophia Cathedral into a Mosque).

The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour did not have its scaffolding removed until 1860, during the reign of Tzar Alexander II, affectionately named Alexander the Liberator by the peasants, since also in that year, precisely on March 3, 1860, one day before 7 American States succeeded from the Union after the election of Abraham Lincoln, Alexander the Liberator freed from slavery all the millions of Russian Serfs toiling under the Russian feudal aristocracy.

The walls displayed more than 1,000 square meters of Carrara bianca marble plaques listing major commanders, regiments, and battles of the Patriotic War of 1812 (with the lists of awards and casualties appended). Kaganovich was born in 1893 to Jewish parents in the village of Kabany.
Kaganovich (together with Vyacheslav Molotov) participated with the All-Ukrainian Party Conference of 1930 and were given the task of implementation of the collectivization policy that caused a catastrophic 1932-33 famine known as the Holodomor.
He also personally oversaw grain confiscations during the same time periods.
Similar policies also inflicted enormous suffering on the Soviet Central Asian republic of Kazakhstan, the Kuban region, Crimea, the lower Volga region, and other parts of the Soviet Union.

From 1935 to 1937, Kaganovich worked as Narkom (minister) for the railways. Even before the start of the Great Purges, he organized the arrests of thousands of railway administrators and managers as supposed "saboteurs".
