April 15, 2009 Source: Pat Buchanan The True Haters This makes me sad to know that my country would allow this hateful and vengeful persecution by Jewish lawyers of the OSI, Nazi-hunting, head-hunters, of a man who has already been proven innocent in Israel, is most likely innocent still, and has definitely seen plenty of genocide by Jews against his own Christian people. Pat Buchanan hits the target, but misses one critical point Pat Buchanan misses one critical point as he starts his article about our American version of Alfred Dreyfus:
Sound familiar? It should. It is a re-enactment of the 1986 extradition of John Demjanjuk to Israel to be tried for the murder of 870,000 Jews -- at Treblinka camp in Poland. How many men in the history of this country have been so relentlessly pursued and remorselessly persecuted? Demjanjuk was also a victim -- a survivor of the Holodomor Genocide Polish-Russian War of 1919-21 John Demjanjuk was born in the Ukraine, which at the time, Poland and Russia were both fighting over. Following the 1917 Russian Communist Revolution and later Civil War, Poland decided the time was ripe to take the Ukraine from Russia. Russia reorganized and retook the Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Ukraine itself just wanted freedom from both. Holodomor of 1932-33 Demjanjuk was 12-years-old, when the Russian Jewish Pharisees under Stalin initiated the Holodomor Genocide against his people, to permanently solidify Russian control of the region. Demjanjuk must have witnessed horrendous suffering as parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers and sisters were slowly, deliberately and cruelly starved to death by the Jewish Pharisees. Not six, but seven million Ukrainian contrymen of Demjanjuk perished during the Holomodor genocide. World War II Hitler became the equal and opposite reaction to Stalin. Once Hitler invaded Russia, he was now the man in control of the Ukraine. Demjanjuk, now 20-years-old and a survivor of the Holodomor, was grabbed by the German SS and made to guard Holocaust Jews from the Polish and Russian regions. I'm sure he didn't mind the job too much. Post WWII Demjanjuk, now age 31, brought his wife and child to America in 1951. He worked at a Ford Assembly plant as a diesel engine mechanic. He became an American citizen and wouldn't you know it -- He lied on his citizenship papers. How do you explain to a bureaucrat that your job during WWII was as a concentration camp guard? Would they understand that your occupied country had been in war for 25-years? Would they understand that all your relatives had been savagely wiped out? Ivan the Terrible At the age of 63, Demjanjuk is identified by the Jewish Nazi-Hunters of the State Department's Office of Special Investigations (OSI) as Ivan the Terrible. A notorious Treblinka camp guard. Demjanjuk's defense -- He never was at Treblinka. He is deported to Israel, tried, convicted and sentenced to death. The Israeli Supreme Court orders Demjanjuk release when the real Ivan the Terrible is identified. Well, Well, 13-years later, and with Demjanjuk spending 4 of those years on death row, the OSI was wrong and Demjanjuk was telling the truth. End of Story -- Nope Like a dog with a bone, Jewish Pharisees at OSI did not give up. Now they had him spotted at three other camps.
The new evidence was a signed statement by one "Danilchenko," who claimed to have been a guard at Sobibor and had worked with Demjanjuk. As this document would have blown up the Treblinka case in Jerusalem, OSI had withheld it from the defense. --Pat Buchanan, The Real Haters Do you realize that withholding evidence in a murder trial is itself a crime? The OSI knew all along that Demjanjuk was not Ivan the Terrible. In a move that would make Stalin proud, the Jewish lawyers in the OSI were putting on a "show trial". Deportation to Germany As of yesterday, Demjanjuk was to be deported to Germany to stand trial. He is 89-years-old and had to be lifted out of a wheelchair.
If Friday's ruling is upheld, John Demjanjuk, who has been charged with no crime on German soil, is to be taken to Germany, home of the Third Reich, to be tried by Germans for his alleged role in a genocide planned and perpetrated by Germans. He is to serve as the sacrificial lamb whose blood washes away the stain of Germany's sins. But if Germans wish to prosecute participants in the Holocaust, why not round up some old big-time Nazis, instead of a Ukrainian POW. Answer: They cannot. Because the Germans voted an amnesty for themselves in 1969. So now they must find a Slav soldier they captured -- and Heinrich Himmler's SS conscripted and made a camp guard, if he ever was a camp guard -- to punish in expiation for Germany's sins. -- Pat Buchanan, The Real Haters Ironic isn't it that survivors of the Holocaust are persecuting a survivor of the Holodomor for war crimes. Too bad that not a single Jewish Commissar ever went to trial for genocide against Christians. Too bad that the Justice Department cannot prosecute the murderers of 4,000 babies per day right on our own American soil.
